99 problems, and a book ain't one

Arcadia Falls was a pretty good read. It had most of the things that I have come to expect when reading a Carol Goodman novel. She seriously knows how to set a scene. This book was not action packed by any means, but the writing was beautiful and haunting and it made you feel like you were right in the middle of a gothic fairytale. The end felt a little overdone for me. I was a little confused by the very end and honestly had to reread some of the last pages just to make sure I really understood the final few twists and turns.
